As directors of the apartment building that we personally live in, it was a very difficult decision to ‘bite the bullet’ and move away from the large management agent that we had always been with since the development completed. Although this was the agent that had been appointed by the developer, we found them to be of a competitive price, and we had struck up a seemingly good relationship with the staff that we dealt with.

So why did we move to Regalty?… Alan and his team immediately opened our eyes to how much time we, the directors, were actually spending doing the work that our previous agent should have been doing for us! We had to report every single issue, approve every quote, meet every contractor on site, inspect after every job, and try to keep an eye on the maintenance schedules and invoices. In a nutshell, we were paying our previous agent to process payments and relay messages whilst we managed the site ourselves.

The biggest problem we’ve had since appointing Regalty has been adjusting to a quiet life!

Alan and the team have very efficiently and professionally handled everything for us from day one. These days we rarely even have to report anything because the building is so well maintained, and any issues are spotted by the Regalty team and their contractors immediately. Finances are closely managed, and we receive monthly reports showing all incomes and expenditures.

Communication from the team is always straight to the point and efficient, and the use of yourspace and a single telephone number for the residents to use any time is invaluable.

I do not hesitate to recommend Regalty as management agents. Switching to them is the best decision that we have made as directors of our building.
