We had to report every single issue, approve every quote, meet every contractor on site, inspect after every job, and try to keep an eye on the maintenance schedules and invoices. In a nutshell, we were paying our previous agent to process payments and relay messages whilst we managed the site ourselves.

Alan and the team have very efficiently and professionally handled everything for us from day one. These days we rarely even have to report anything because the building is so well maintained, and any issues are spotted by the Regalty team and their contractors immediately. Finances are closely managed, and we receive monthly reports showing all incomes and expenditures.
Communication from the team is always straight to the point and efficient, and the use of yourspace and a single telephone number for the residents to use any time is invaluable.
I do not hesitate to recommend Regalty as management agents. Switching to them is the best decision that we have made as directors of our building.
