Howard is in the latter stage of his career, having been dragged out of retirement by Alan in 2014. The reason for this? In 15 years Alan hasn’t encountered a single management accountant with Howard’s skills and expertise.
Howard has over 25 years spanning the accountancy functions of major PLCs and Banks over a generation – and it is pretty fair to say he has seen it all. A meticulous eye for detail, precision and absolute commitment to the finance role of the business – Howard ensures that the overall operation of our accounts and client accounts are managed to the highest professional standards.
Howard works alongside Stuart Chadwick of Wyatt Morris Golland & Co, who also ensures as the external auditor of the company that Regalty Estates are in full compliance with all aspects of Leasehold Accounting and the Law.
Outside of Regalty Estates Howard is a keen Liverpool FC supporter, and enjoys time with his three dogs and his partner Gill.
After spending his first year working alongside Alan, Liam was promoted to the role of Legal Director of the Regalty Estates, and is now an integral part of the Team driving the business towards future success. Ambitious, and driven to succeed, Liam has overcome many personal challenges to be the leader he is today.
Liam’s central role is evaluating case law and case preparation in readiness for Rachael or Alan at trial. He has a keen eye for detail, and excels in case preparation, identifying risk and communicating effectively with prospective or existing clients. He excels academically in Law, and has recently achieved a Masters Degree in Law.
However, Liam is not a ‘one trick pony’. Whilst the companies Legal affairs and our client’s legal needs are his Number One priority, he is now branching his expertise into a Management role.
Liam’s main interests outside of the office are socializing with his friends and family, his family, and his passion for anything containing alcohol, and generally being just mean to Alan about his broad northern accent. The irony of this coming from someone born in Stoke on Trent, which explains his allegiance to the football club bearing the same name.
Alan has spent the past fifteen years evaluating the needs of leaseholders in this challenging customer service driven environment and has seen a sea of change to the growing professionalism and regard for Managing Agents.
During that time, Alan has fought for many a leaseholder who felt that they had no control or choice over their managing agent, and those who feel throroughly ‘ripped off’ by rogue agencies. Some of his opponent’s have been the countries largest Freeholders and investors.
His expertise in the Tribunals, both employment and the Residential Property sectors, has ensured that he can engineer the best strategy for achieving the client’s aims in the shortest amount of time possible. Recovering near defunct management companies, and achieving Right to Manage for those with power, Alan has always placed the leaseholders needs at the top of Regalty’s agenda.
Despite his keen eye to detail, and experience, Alan prides himself on dealing with all layers of the business – and spends a great deal of time listening to those on the ground and who see the estates we manage.
Outside of Regalty Estates, Alan enjoys watching films, particularly horror movies, and holidaying abroad, with a particular appetite for the Maldives. He also follows the (mis)fortunes of Manchester United FC.
